About M/S Svea

M/S Svea was delivered in 1904 from Bergsunds Mechanical Workshop, during a time when Sweden and Norway were still united, and therefore Svea sails today under the Swedish-Norwegian union flag. In 2018, 114 years later, Bohus-Malmön Marina purchased the ship and renovated her to meet modern standards and requirements to serve as a passenger vessel. M/S Svea accommodates 70 passengers, with indoor seating for 54 dining guests in its salon.

In the summer, M/S Svea runs daily between Smögen and Bohus-Malmön, and at specific times, passengers can join a seafood cruise. When not cruising, M/S Svea is docked at her home harbor on Bohus-Malmön, where she can be admired by the public.

M/S Svea can also be booked for special occasions—birthdays, weddings, corporate events, or simply for a delightful champagne cruise in beautiful Bohuslän.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to book M/S Svea, and we will create a tailored experience for you.
